Starting a new muscle building program

When I am looking at statring a new bodybuilding program it has to have 4 key elements.

1.  Proper diet and Nutrition. This is the most important aspect of any program. Without a proper diet you are like a house without a foundation. You need to know what to eat, How much to eat, and How often.

2. A Training schedule. You need a training schedule that is intense, but it also has to fit into your personal schedule. It's pointless to follow a training schedule that works you out 5 days a week when you can only make it to the gym 3or 4 days.

3. Proper supplementation. Knowing which supplements work and which ones are hype. How and when to take them. I want to mention supplementation is optional, especially for beginners or people on a tight budget. You can pack on muscle mass without ever touching a supplement. Supplements just help you achieve your goals quicker.

4. A strong mass building program. You need a solid muscle building guide that will help you set up and achieve realistic goals. It should teach you how to pack on lean muscle mass and burn fat so you can get big in the quickest amount of time possible.

Just remember the old saying "Rome was not built in a day" and neither was a great body. It takes time and effort to obtain your weightlifting goals. Guess what? anyone can pack on muscle mass.
